Our Story

We’re Brillion Butcher Shop, LLC, a premier butcher shop located in Brillion, WI. With a wide range of offerings, we specialize in providing over 15 types of brats, prime cuts of meat, snack sticks, summer sausage, cheese and sausage trays, smoked meats, and deli meats. Our expert team is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality pork, lamb, and beef, ensuring that our customers receive the finest cuts of meat every time!

Our owner and founder, Brady Zutz, grew up in Saint Nazianz and started working at a local butcher shop as an after school job, but immediately fell in love with the industry. He started working full time the day after graduation cutting meat and doing various other tasks. After a few years, he took an opportunity with Roehrborn Meats in Brillion, and learned so much more about the trade from some of the most skilled cutters in the area. In 2022 Brady acquired the butcher shop and opened the doors of Brillion Butcher Shop with his wife Victoria.

At Brillion Butcher Shop, we take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service. In addition to our extensive selection of meats, we also offer ready-to-eat dinner options for those looking for a convenient and delicious meal. Our menu is designed to cater to all tastes and preferences, ensuring that everyone can find something they love.

But that's not all - we also provide meat processing services, including venison trim processing. Whether you're a hunter looking to have your game professionally handled or a customer in need of specific cuts, our skilled butchers are here to assist you with any custom requests.
